Position Overview: Are you a skilled technician with a passion for automotive excellence? As an Diesel Mechanic, you will diagnose vehicle issues, advise the service manager of repair orders, perform routine maintenance, and support senior technicians with vehicle repairs. Your expertise will ensure that our customers' vehicles are safe and reliable, contributing to our reputation for outstanding service.
Diagnose vehicle issues and manage work orders
All diesel repairs and maintenance work
Assist senior technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
Perform routine maintenance and vehicle inspections.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Providing colleagues with updates on vehicle repair and maintenance plans
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Journeyperson or Red Seal is preferred but equivalent experience is considered
5+ Years Experience in automotive/heavy duty repair and maintenance is required
Certification or diploma in Automotive Service Technology preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
