Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Asset Manager to oversee the performance, optimization, and lifecycle of our organizations assets. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio, provide data-driven recommendations, and contribute to maximizing asset value while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and monitor performance of the organizations asset portfolio, including real estate and infrastructure.

-Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, maintenance) to align asset plans with organizational goals.

-Maintain accurate asset records and documentation, using asset management systems or ERP tools.

-Oversee third-party service providers or property managers to ensure quality and cost-effective service.

-Prepare regular reports on asset performance, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, operational, and legal standards.

-Participate in budgeting and capital planning related to asset upgrades or acquisitions.

-Identify and manage asset-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
There will be a need for excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other system management tools.
