Location: Shop just outside Weyburn, Saskatchewan
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM  5:00 PM)
Wage: Based on experience

Located just outside Weyburn, we specialize in out-of-the-ordinary fabrication projects across all sectors in Southeast Saskatchewan and beyond. From one-off custom builds to production manufacturing, we take pride in precision, creativity, and rock-solid workmanship.

What We're Looking For:
We're hiring a highly experienced Metal Fabricator who is driven, reliable, and thrives in a hands-on shop environment. If you know your way around metal, can think on your feet, and enjoy tackling unique projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate custom components without engineered drawings.
Interpret verbal instructions and rough sketches accurately.
Operate standard shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Occasionally assist with CNC machine work (knowledge is a plus).
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Work independently and as part of a tight-knit team.

Requirements:
Significant experience in metal fabrication.
Strong mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and physically fit for shop work.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must be drug-free (we maintain a substance-free workplace).
Ability to follow instructions while also taking initiative.
CNC knowledge is an asset but not required.
