In this key role, youll troubleshoot complex issues, maintain system performance, ensure licensing compliance, and help implement cutting-edge Microsoft solutions. Working closely with our Microsoft Enterprise Strategist, you'll support critical platforms like O365, Azure, and Active Directorycontributing to a secure, efficient, and modern municipal IT infrastructure.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and AD environments

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail

Knowledge of cybersecurity and ITIL service management practices
