Description

The Executive Director of Sylvite Four-Six will be responsible for leading the organization in its mission to act as a collaborative voice addressing rapid regional growth across rural, urban, and First Nations communities. The ED will provide strategic leadership to advance the eight priority areas for development: housing, childcare, emergency services, labor, training and education, inclusive relationships, infrastructure, and economic development.The ED reports to the Board of Directors and will work closely with the Board, staff, community leaders, and stakeholders to implement strategies, build partnerships, and ensure the organizations sustainability and effectiveness. This is a remote based position with preference for someone located within the S46 region.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the execution of a broad strategic plan with eight priority areas, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
*Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective management of resources, programs, and staff.
*Provide detailed reports and tracking of expenditures to meet the criteria of the funding agencies and annual reporting requirements.
*Lead fundraising efforts and complete all follow up reporting.
*Develop and disseminate communications materials, including newsletters, reports, and social media content.
*Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives that address the eight priority areas.
