Campbell & Haliburton Group has been a trusted part of the Regina business community for over 60 years. To help continue our legacy of exceptional service, we now seek a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team.
This person will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert recommendations, and maintain strong relationships through superior customer service by:
Selling and servicing personal lines insurance products
- Providing clients with accurate information and professional advice
- Processing policy changes and updates in the Broker Management System
- Managing client records and ensuring up-to-date documentation
- Maintaining licensing and regulatory compliance requirements
- Collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role has a General Insurance License Level 1 and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance. Experience as a Motor License Issuer is preferred. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple processes efficiently, and a passion for working with the public in a fast-paced environment. They should be adaptable, highly organized and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Position Details:
Salary: Base salary range of $45,000 to 75,000 with total compensation potential of up to $100,000+, based on experience and commissions & bonus earned
Typical weekly hours: Full-time position
Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours
