Were Hiring! 1A Driver/Equipment Operator

B & C Trenching Ltd. is looking for a reliable, safety-minded 1A Driver/Equipment Operator to join our crew.
We need someone who knows how to get the job done right  safely, efficiently, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. If youre forward thinking, dependable, and have a positive attitude, you will fit right in.

What Were Looking For:
- Valid 1A license
- Experience operating heavy equipment (Directional Drill, Backhoe, Hydrovac, Trencher)
- Solid work ethic and attention to safety
- Ability to work alone or in a team setting
- Positive, problem-solving attitude
- Good Communication skills
- Able to perform maintenance and small repairs
