Souris Valley Industries (SVI), a proud Saskatchewan family-owned and operated business based Southeastern Saskatchewan, has been a prominent player in the precast concrete manufacturing industry since 1977. With over four decades of experience,  and using state-of-the-art equipment, SVI specializes in producing a wide range of high-quality precast concrete products, including CSA-certified tanks, box culverts, manholes, concrete pipes, prestressed items, and bridge components. This role would direct and manage Souris Valley Industries HR function including benefits, compensation and performance management systems.
Develop and direct company-wide training strategy for SVI workforce
Direct and manage workforce communication efforts to support operational excellence and promote customer-centric focus
Provide consultation for management and employees regarding HR related policies, procedures and processes. Handle disciplinary processes.
Perform other job related duties as required
