The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority (LRRHA) is currently recruiting a full-time Maintenance Worker to join their team immediately!

This position is responsible to:
- Ensure housing units are rent ready by undertaking minor repairs
- Assist with garbage removal and janitorial duties
- Groundskeeping, including grass cutting and snow removal
- Assist maintenance staff with routine and preventative maintenance tasks

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Knowledge of the basic techniques in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, and electrical
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with management, staff, and tenants
- Ensure day to day operations are handling promptly and effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 education and basic computer skills, supplemented with some experience in a maintenance and repair environment OR an equivalent combination is required
- Ability to participate in a regular, continuous on call program for emergencies, including evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
- A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
