The Aboriginal Friendship Centres of Saskatchewan (AFCS) is hiring a Program Manager to lead the delivery and growth of our Cultural Humility Training Program. This role is responsible for facilitating culturally safe and trauma-informed sessions, supporting and mentoring facilitators based in Friendship Centres, and expanding the trainings reach across sectors. The Program Manager will also collect and analyze participant feedback and performance data to track impact, inform improvements, and support funder reporting. A key component of this role includes contributing to the sustainability of the training through development of a social enterprise model, including outreach, marketing, and program adaptation as needed. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation skills, experience in program development and evaluation, and a deep understanding of Indigenous realities and intergenerational trauma. This position requires travel across Saskatchewan and a commitment to Reconciliation and Indigenous-led, community-driven solutions.
