RM of Reford No. 379 has the opportunity for a full-time Grader / Equipment Operator.  Become part of a team that is literally building from the ground up!

Qualifications were looking for:
- possess valid Class 5 drivers license, possession of a 1A  
  endorsement is an asset;
- ability to operate equipment as required (grader, loader, backhoe,
  tractor, mower, semi-tractor);
- knowledgeable about equipment maintenance and minor repairs; and
- work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities you will have:  
- grading and road maintenance, gravel reclamation, minor road
  construction;
- ditch mowing, mulching, rock picking;
- service and maintenance of equipment;
- installation of culverts and signs;
- general maintenance of shop and yard; and
- perform other duties as directed by a supervisor.
