Your Purpose: Our Aces role is instrumental in maintaining the efficient function of the bar. You have a strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and unwavering support for the entire team.
What will you do?
Ensure the bar is well stocked and monitor inventory levels
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and cooler area
Support bartenders and servers with supplies such as ice, mixes, garnishes
Wash and organize all glassware to ensure constant supply for service
Assist in set up and take down of bar area

What do you need?
A passion for people and fun, and be 19+ years of age
A strong attention to detail ensuring that every area is meticulously cleaned and organized
The ability to communicate effectively and work with urgency while remaining calm
The ambition and drive to create the best experience for your team and guests
The ability to obtain Serve It Right and FoodWise Certifications
The ability to fulfil the physical job requirements
