Description

Join our Prince Albert #BrewCrew - the place where Top Talent wants to be! Were looking for Full-Time Back of House Supervisors who are passionate about creating amazing dishes that keep our guests coming back for more.

Your Purpose: Your role as Back of House Supervisor acts as direct support to the Kitchen Manager. You are responsible for overseeing kitchen staff performance, ensuring consistency, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

What will you do?
Monitor food and labor costs, portion sizes, ingredient usage and identify areas of food waste
Supervise kitchen team members, delegate tasks, ensure efficient work
Promote a supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, boosts morale, and values recognition
Provide new and ongoing training on kitchen procedures, food safety guidelines, and Brewhouse policies
Communicate with front of house regarding orders, special requests, and timing for smooth flow of service
Ensure the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized
Assist in the inventory process and ordering

What do you need?
A passion for people, cooking, and fun, and be 19+ years of age with one year kitchen experience
A solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and menu items
A deep understanding of health codes, food safety standards, and kitchen sanitation procedures
The ability to supervise, motivate, and lead kitchen team members to ensure they are performing to standard
The ability to learn and retain a large and diverse menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
The ability to convey information to team members politely, professionally, and efficiently
The ability to think on your feet and make decisions swiftly, especially in high pressure situations
The ability to obtain FoodWise certification
The ability to fulfil the physical job requirements
