The ideal candidate will be great at sales and customer friendly with a great personality. Have experience in preparing cost estimates for labour and materials, responding to RFPs and tenders, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to RFPs and tenders with accurate and competitive estimates.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour and/ or materials, and
other project-related expenses.
- Track progress and quality of work being performed by
subcontractors, suppliers and field trades.
- Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, and owners,
contractors, and subcontractors, as well as make changes and
Adjustments to cost estimates.
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work
requirements.
- Have strong Computer and Technology Knowledge
as it relates to
MS Excel
MS Word
Xactimate
Auto CAD
OST software and project management tools.
Experience in project size estimating from $0 - $4,000,000.00.
Area of Specialization
- Coordinate/Manage Projects
- Scheduling
- Do site visits and measure various different-sized projects, both
residential and commercial.
