Paragon Sales Ltd., part of the fastest growing automotive group in the Prairies, is NOW HIRING one (1) Assistant Service Manager in Langenburg, SK (In-person).

Duties: Serves as the liaison between customers and service technicians.  Manages the department including service technicians, advisors and/or other staff as required. Greets customers, schedules appointments, and gathers vehicle information. Advises on routine maintenance, explains repair needs, and provides accurate estimates. Documents concerns clearly, obtains repair authorization, and communicates updates throughout the service process. Coordinates workflow with dispatch, monitors repair progress, and ensures vehicles are secure. Maintains high customer satisfaction, handles complaints, and promotes additional services based on vehicle history. Ensures repair orders are accurate and closed properly while maintaining a clean, professional work environment.

Requirement: Requires 1-3 years of prior experience in a Service Advisor role with growing responsibility.  Experience with Quorum.  OEM experience preferred. English required.
