What you'll do: Working closely with the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
You will contribute to providing leadership in Human Resource Advisory Services in a diverse number of areas such as: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards;
You will be required to maintain a high level of confidentiality, positivity and reliability;
As a brand ambassador, you will model Living the Brand everyday through our Mission Statement and Values of Community, Service, Teamwork and Responsibility;
You will ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulation;
You will provide support for compensation & benefits, health & safety, employee wellness, attendance management, diversity & inclusion;
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are: You are passionate about a career in the Human Resources and:
You have completed some education in a relevant related field;
You have 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources;
You are detailed oriented with strong organizational skills;
High level of professionalism;
You are action oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-past environment;
You have strong interpersonal skills;
You take accountability and can work under minimal supervision;
You are willing to learn HR duties.
