About Us:
Freshly Pressed Printing is a leading custom apparel company based in Regina, specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfers. Since 2013, we have built a reputation for high-quality work, and personalized service. We're now looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machines (Tajima)

Read and interpret work orders and embroidery files (DST, EMB formats)

Hoop garments and load/unload items for embroidery runs

Perform thread colour changes, tension adjustments, and machine troubleshooting

Inspect finished products for quality assurance and accuracy

Perform daily machine maintenance and keep workspace clean and organized

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating commercial embroidery machines is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person

Strong attention to detail and quality

Comfortable working with computers and embroidery software

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
