TLF Dirtworx Inc., a dynamic & growing heavy construction & earthworks company, located at Mozart, SK is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, & energetic heavy-duty mechanic for a new position in our maintenance shop.

Working with our team, & reporting to our Journeyman Mechanic Supervisor, this position will collaborate to maintain our fleet of heavy-duty construction equipment, highway trucks & trailers, & light trucks.  
Responsibilities/Skills:
-Adjust, diagnose, repair, & perform preventative maintenance
-Work independently & as part of the maintenance team
-Communicate clearly with supervisors, staff, & operators
-Assist Supervisor in prioritizing & planning upcoming work
-Maintain a clean, organized, & safe work area
-Help maintain inventory of stocked parts & supplies
-Attention to detail in diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
-Ability to work closely with Mechanic Supervisor
-Positive attitude & willingness to learn
-Adapt to changes, & be flexible
-Participate in COR certified safety program
-Follow safe work practices & procedures, & preventative maintenance program
-Industry experience as heavy-duty mechanic
-Have welding experience, both general & structural components
-Use power, air, & hand tools as required
-Operate diagnostic & scanning tools
-Able to perform manual labour for repairs & adjustments, including heavy lifting up to 100lbs
-When necessary, travel to worksites in our fully equipped service truck
-Operate heavy equipment, highway trucks & trailers, & light trucks for diagnosis, repair, & testing
-Valid Class 5 drivers license & own transportation
-Class 1A license preferred
-Willing to relocate
This position is M-F, 40 hrs/week.  Overtime may be required on a need to basis.
