Description

This position reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager is a generalist HR role which provides coordination on a range of day-to-day HR transactions and issues that require judgment and tactical decision-making within prescribed parameters.  The position is responsible for all facets of out-of-scope full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and new hire HR orientation for positions at the City of North Battleford, as well as benefit administration, administrative record keeping, talent development, and employee and general support.
