Prairie North Co-op is hiring a Hardware Manager at our Home Centre location in Archerwill, SK.
Reporting to the Division Manager and working closely in a team-based environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing the hardware department including sales, margin, expenses, inventory, and budget.  The Hardware Manager must be results driven with a proven track record of team leadership, support and execution of CRS programs and extensive product knowledge in all facets. Must demonstrate excellent merchandising standards, and a focus on providing exceptional customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
    Provide leadership and direction to our hardware team including the administration of training and development programs.
    Lead and execute our talent management program with our team to ensure achievement of department and retail goals.
    Lead and promote a culture of safety and maintain all health & safety policies to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
    To be responsible for ordering inventory, merchandising, marketing, expense and margin controls, and all associated administrative functions.
    Work in a team environment to achieve efficient operations while ensuring exceptional customer experience for our members on a consistent basis.
