CITY FREIGHT DELIVERY DRIVER

LOCATION: YORKTON, SK
JAY'S TRANSPORTATION GROUP LTD. is one of the largest freight transportation companies in Saskatchewan. As a subsidiary of The Mullen Group, we provide direct freight service to over 550 locations in the province.  We are proud to continue a 60-year history of serving companies and individuals throughout Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:
    Able to drive a 5-ton truck
    Deliver freight within Yorkton and surrounding rural areas in Saskatchewan in a timely and professional manner
    Ensure that vehicles are loaded properly for transportation
    Unloading/sorting of trailer
    Fill out all necessary paperwork
     Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
    Adhere to all company safety policies

Qualifications:
    Valid Class 5 or 1A drivers license and acceptable commercial drivers abstract
    Delivery and warehouse experience
    Knowledge of Regina businesses for delivery around the city
    Good work attitude and willing to learn
    Good customer service skills
    Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
