Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for facility and property management? The City of Regina is hiring a Coordinator, Facility Operations to oversee major sport, recreation, and civic buildings that shape the daily lives of our residents.
In this leadership role, youll manage facility operations, guide a team of supervisors, and contribute to the Citys real estate strategy. From project oversight and contractor management to emergency planning and budget development, your expertise will help ensure our spaces are safe, efficient, and community-focused.
What Were Looking For:
A degree in Engineering or Business Administration, plus 3-5 years of facility/property operations experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of recreation facility standards, property management, and municipal codes
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
