Join our team as a Business Analyst (Guidewire)!

You will play a crucial role in our Core Insurance Delivery team by gathering, clarifying, and translating business requirements to drive impactful project implementation, software development, and platform configuration.

Have experience working with any Guidewire applications.
Possess proficient knowledge of various software development
lifecycles and project delivery processes (e.g., agile, waterfall).
Excel at eliciting, documenting, and validating business and
technical requirements using case diagrams, user stories, or process
flows.
Are proficient in using platforms like Jira and Azure.
Have a good knowledge of core insurance concepts and principles.
Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to convey
technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Want to leverage your leadership skills by actively supporting SGIs
culture, expanding your learning and supporting your colleagues as
they do the same.

Typically, these skills are gained through a Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, Information Technology, Mathematics & Applied Science or a defined equivalency, three to five years of experience in business analysis and Certified Business Analysis Professional [CBAP] or other industry-recognized designation.
