Description

W.F. Botkin is currently seeking a full-time Groundman Operator. This position is responsible for efficiently cleaning the plant conveyors; and performing various related tasks, including physical labour, and maintenance.

Job Duties:
*Ability to complete equipment checklists.
*Operation of skid steer as needed
*Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
*Follow the direction of the foreperson on daily tasks and expectations.
*Utilization of various equipment as needed.
*Inspect unit for cleanliness and compliance with loading procedures.
*Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations.
*Other duties as required.

Requirements:
*1-2 years of crushing experience is an asset.
*Minimum age of 18 as per the Saskatchewan Employment Act
*Some experience operating a skid steer or willingness to learn how to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
*Valid drivers license is an asset
*Ability to work out of town for extended periods of time
*Ability to perform strenuous, physical tasks on a daily basis
*High attention to detail with strong values rooted in health and safety
*Ability to work in a high paced environment with high physical demand
*Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
*Flexibility to work overtime as needed
*Steel-toe safety boots are required
