About the position:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and supervise our projects and crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, excellent leadership skills and a commitment to delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of landscapers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard and on time.
Project Execution: Oversee the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, including softscaping and hardscaping elements(paving, SRWs, plantings) -able to follow schedules, instructions and plans.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations -providing quality work.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all crew members.
Equipment Management: Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools.

Experience:
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience - education is a bonus
Pay starts at $25/hr
