3sHealth is excited to offer an opportunity to join our Employee Benefits leadership team as the Manager, Benefit Services.

What You Will Do:
  Inspire and Lead a High-Performing Team: Guide a dedicated group of professionals who deliver exceptional front-line service to our customers and partners, supporting the Employee Benefit Plan Trusts administered by 3sHealth on behalf of the health care employers in Saskatchewan.
  Drive Operational Excellence: Strategically prioritize tasks and allocate resources to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  Build a Talented Team: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and onboard top-tier talent for the Employee Benefits department.
  Coach for Success: Provide hands-on leadership through regular supervision, constructive feedback, and personalized mentoring to support employee growth and performance.
  Champion Our Values: Foster a positive and accountable workplace culture by modeling and reinforcing the core values of 3sHealth in all interactions.
  Manage with Fiscal Responsibility: Collaborate in monitoring departmental budgets and ensure financial stewardship by keeping expenditures aligned with budgetary goals.

What You Will Need:
  A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in benefit plan administration, the insurance industry or claims management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  Experience leading a team of direct reports, setting performance expectations, and ensuring high quality deliverables
  Bachelors degree in business administration OR a combination of post-secondary education and experience
  Formal education/training in leadership would be an asset
