Description

The Crusher Tower Operator is responsible for operating crusher equipment and machinery. The incumbent will conduct routine equipment maintenance work and ensure machinery is in proper working order. If the machinery is unfit for use, the Operator may be required to perform basic repairs. The individual must also determine safe lifting capacities; operate machinery and equipment with related attachments; and direct operational maintenance on assigned equipment.

Job Duties:
*Operate and oversee crusher equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
*Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance or repairs as needed
*Assemble tower equipment onsite when required
*Assist crew with labor and crusher maintenance tasks
*Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies
*Handle materials such as gravel, rock, and overburden using machinery
*Report equipment defects, accidents, or safety concerns promptly
*Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
*Previous experience operating heavy machinery or crusher equipment preferred
*Valid drivers license
*Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to work independently and under pressure
