WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

Base salary + uncapped commission
Protected territory with active accounts ready for expansion
Average deal size: $5,000-$50,000 annual contracts

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Identify, approach, and secure new clients for maintenance contracts.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure contract renewals and referrals.
Develop maintenance plans that align with the clients specific HVAC or mechanical system needs.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
