Position Overview:
The Assistant Spa & Boutique Coordinator is a leadership role where you will assist with opening and closing procedures, lead the front desk team, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest. You are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in both sales and scheduling environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Sales:
Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression. Deliver exceptional customer service in both retail and spa environments. Share product knowledge to support boutique sales and upsell spa services and promotions. Maintain a calm and inviting atmosphere in both the front desk and retail areas
Leadership & Operations:
Support the Store and Spa Managers in daily operations. Open and close the store/spa following all procedures and security protocols
Lead by example and support team members during shifts. Monitor scheduling, appointment flow, and staff coordination. Handle customer feedback or concerns with professionalism and care.
Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
Answer calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and kindly
Book, confirm, and manage appointments using spa booking software
Process all transactions including services, retail, gift cards, and tips. Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of client information. Assist with daily laundry, tidying treatment rooms, and maintaining cleanliness.
Retail & Visual Merchandising:
Assist in merchandising, restocking, and visual display upkeep.
Monitor retail inventory and report low-stock items. Encourage product sales through customer education and seasonal promotions
Additional Support:
Contribute to social media content or marketing campaigns as requested
