Description

The Wine Cellar is looking for a vibrant individual to join our team for 2-3 shifts per week, including some Saturdays.

Job overview: The primary responsibility of this position is assisting the customer through the full sales cycle from greeting a customer to assisting them with their purchase decisions and processing their purchase. The secondary responsibility of this position is assisting customers with their bottling and ensuring that they have a fun experience, offering excellent customer service. This position does not require experience. As long as you are customer service driven with computer skills, we can teach you the rest.


Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum 50 lbs. numerous times during a shift, maintain a positive attitude and be fluent in English.

Other requirements:
-Meticulous with excellent attention to detail, including maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
- Must be comfortable using computer applications for Point of Sale, winemaking and label making. MS Office knowledge preferred
-Strong organizational skills and excellent at multitasking
-Great time management skills and able to work with minimal supervision. This position requires working in a team environment and with customers

-Experience is preferred but not necessary
-Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English fluently.
