We are hiring a temporary part-time Rental Home Specialist for our Regina portfolio. Working collaboratively with the existing team, the successful applicants will be professional, highly organized, self-motivated, self-reliant, trustworthy, and customer service-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced, progressive career. They will also enjoy working with people in a team environment and leading with excellence. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Rental Home Specialists, you will be responsible for showing available suites, qualifying prospective clients, and successfully negotiating leases to achieve optimal value for Avana while ensuring client satisfaction throughout every step of the customer journey. The work hours for this temporary position will be from Wednesday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday to Sunday, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The temporary position is expected to end in September 2025.
The candidate must have:
- Class 5 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract and must own a vehicle.
- Possess great customer service, transparent communication, and strong sales skills.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen).
