Role: C-Store Manager
Location: Kipling, Saskatchewan

The Opportunity
This exciting opportunity provides a chance for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of a brand-new, full-service gas bar and convenience store. As a hands-on, people-first leader you will manage the daily operations, overseeing both the fuel and retail store operations, taking the lead on everything from sales, budgeting and inventory control to staffing, merchandising, and marketing. Youll also manage cardlock operations and ensure all administrative and financial processes run smoothly and on time.

As the C-Store Manager you will build and lead a team grounded in accountability and service excellence. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your staff, building a culture of collaboration, and delivering a consistent customer experience that reflects the values of the organization.

Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of retail leadership experience, experience in convenience store or gas station management is an asset.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including budgeting, sales analysis, and inventory management.
- Proven leaderships skills with the ability to inspire, lead and coach teams by creating a supportive and high-performing workplace.
