The Tyler Group Financial Services is seeking an exceptional Communication Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team.

Who We're Looking For:
An organized, capable, and dependable individual who can work independently or
collaboratively.
Someone with strong interpersonal and telephone skills, along with excellent
verbal, written, and electronic communication abilities.
A professional who can exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
A person with an interest in financial services.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Maximizer, and Smart
Draw is a plus.
Ability to provide a criminal record check.
Minimal use of a personal vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities: (This is not an exhaustive list)
Answering telephone calls.
Greeting clients.
Booking appointments.
Preparing and sending mailouts.
Position Details:
Permanent Part-time position.
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
