Trattoria Raccolto is looking for full and part time weekend experienced line cooks with brunch experience. This position is best suited for people with a minimum of 1 year cooking in a high volume kitchen.
We are two weeks in on our new Brunch Menu launch and all signs point to this being a big success in Swift Current,
Experience with cooking various types of eggs and other brunch items is essential. You must be able to move fast and be accurate.
This is a scratch kitchen so experience is vital.
The position will also involve prep work so please have great knife skills and be able to follow recipes accurately.
