Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.    Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2.    LPN qualified along with experience in Health Care at the First Nations Level
3.    Registered Nurse in good standing (or eligible for registration) with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association.
4.    Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
5.    Experience in providing home care for all age groups
6.    Provides individual / group health education on chronic diseases
7.    The ability to do immunizations
8.    Valid Drivers License.
9.    CPIC + VSC check required
