Description

The CDC Nurse will plan and implement the community-based CDC program with the overall objective to reduce the incidence of STBBIs and to develop strategies that will contribute to that reduction.  Duties include but are not limited to case management of STBBI clients, treatment, follow-up, and support education.

Qualifications:
-    Bachelor Degree in Nursing (preferred), experienced LPN may be
        considered
-    Registered or eligible for registration with the College of
        Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or SALPN;
-       Experience working with CDC / STBBIs would be an asset;
-    Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license;
-    Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
-    Self-motivated and able to work independently;
-    Current Satisfactory Criminal Record Clearance, Vulnerable
        Sector Check & Drivers Abstract;
-    Ability to speak Cree is an asset.
