Description

Supervise and coordinate the retail sales of liquor grocery, food
service and postal services of the store. Provide training to the staff for best customer services and various job duties. Handle, understand and solve customer problems and queries. Efficient supervision at workplace to make operation cost effective. Supervision of inventory and stocks used in operation of business. Coordinate with Canada post online system, maintain all customer postal boxes up to date. Supervise and train staff to make daily sortation of mail, flyers, and parcels in all postal boxes. Maintain and keep up to date pricing of all retail items like liquor, beer, wine, confectionery, groceries, food items, bakery items etc. according to promotion. Ensure cleanliness and safety measures at work as per health and safety guidelines. Prepare and submit reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
