As Regional Sales Manager for the East, you will lead and motivate teams in Rouleau, Strongfield, and nearby locations. Your role will focus on implementing sales strategies, fostering customer and manufacturer relationships, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional growth strategies and align efforts with Hawks Agros vision.
Manage and engage location managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Oversee key e-business relationships and manufacturer partnerships.
Provide clear communication of company goals and ensure staff training and development.
Support customer service, promotional activities, and Crop360 services.
Qualifications:
5+ years of agricultural sales leadership experience, with expertise in crop inputs and Ag retail.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
