As the Director of Crop Nutrition at Hawks Agro, you will play a pivotal role in managing our bulk fertilizer strategy, building relationships with manufacturing partners, and shaping the future of our Ag retail business. This newly created role is essential to the long-term success and sustainability of Hawks Agro and its partners.

About Hawk's Agro:
Hawks Agro, a division of JGL, is a proud locally owned and operated independent agriculture crop input retailer with seven locations throughout Southwestern Saskatchewan.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead bulk fertilizer strategy, including forecasting, procurement, and communication with staff and partners.
Develop forecasting models to drive growth and profitability.
Negotiate with manufacturers and align pricing strategies with sales goals.
Guide teams on fertilizer markets and product positioning.
Foster relationships with partners and manage distribution logistics.
Lead strategic crop nutrition initiatives, including new products and growth opportunities.
Collaborate on logistics, sales goals, and product evaluations.

Qualifications:
Min. 7-10 years in agriculture, focusing on crop nutrition or fertilizer management.
Proven leadership and ability to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of fertilizer markets and sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation and relationship skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and budgeting tools.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
