As the Chief Strategy and Solutions Officer (CSSO), you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. You will champion the alignment of strategic initiatives across core departmentsMarketing, Technology, Human Resources, Facilities, and Project Management. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives in complex environments and who is passionate about translating strategic vision into actionable outcomes that drive organizational growth and performance.

As CSSO, you will lead by example and:

- Translate vision into action by fostering cross-functional collaboration and leading high-impact projects.
- Guide and support innovation, business case development, and organizational transformation.
- Oversee and coach a team of functional senior leaders.
- Represent WCU with external partners and stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
- Model and cultivate a high-performance, people-centered culture rooted in purpose, community impact, and continuous improvement.
