Description

FPC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fire Suppression Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire suppression systems in various commercial, industrial, and residential settings. This position requires hands-on expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently and safely under various conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
    Installation & Setup: Install fire suppression systems: in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
    Inspection & Testing: Perform regular inspections and tests on installed systems, checking for functionality, efficiency, and compliance with local fire codes.
    Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and repair faults in fire suppression systems, including addressing issues related to pipes, nozzles, valves, and other system components.
    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, service reports, and testing results.
    Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand the systems, the maintenance process, and how to operate the fire suppression equipment.
    Code Compliance: Stay up to date with national and local fire safety codes and regulations, ensuring all installations meet the required standards.
    Safety Standards: Adhere to all company, industry, and safety protocols to ensure safe working conditions for yourself and others.
