Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our team in the oil and gas industry. This role is vital in maintaining smooth day-to-day office functions and ensuring timely communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced industrial or energy sector environment, with a solid understanding of administrative procedures and industry-specific terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to department managers and senior staff.
-Prepare and format reports, memos, correspondence, and presentations.
-Manage scheduling, calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
-Maintain and organize files, records, and databasesboth digital and physical.
-Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
-Support procurement and supply chain teams with document control and vendor communication.
-Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation, safety records, and operational reports.
-Communicate effectively with field operations.
-Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety protocols, and industry regulations.
-Must have a valid drivers license.

Preferred Attributes:
-Knowledge of oil-field terminology and processes.
-Experience supporting field crews or engineering teams.
-Understanding of compliance, safety, and environmental documentation.

Working Conditions:
-Office-based with occasional visits to field sites or operational facilities.
-May require extended hours during peak project timeline's or reporting deadlines.
