Description

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trims, and other surfaces throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Perform regular touch-ups and repainting of high-traffic areas to maintain a fresh, welcoming environment.

Repair and refinish surfaces, including patching holes, sanding, priming, and applying paint or wall coverings as needed.

Ensure minimal disruption to guests by coordinating painting schedules with hotel management and housekeeping.

Follow all hotel safety protocols, including the safe handling of paints, solvents, and equipment.

Maintain inventory of painting supplies and notify engineering or maintenance departments when restocking is needed.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete renovation or repair projects on time and to standard.
