Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean, slice, and trim the chicken and marinate it in a mixture
Use deep fryer, oven, dispensers, and other equipment to prepare fast food items such as fried chicken, sandwiches, burgers, fries, salads, and desserts
Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and keep records of the quantities of food used
Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
Keeping the kitchen and other work areas clean and sanitized
Providing on-the-job training to junior or new staff
Number of positions: 1
Full-time-Permanent: 30-40 hours per week
Education and Experience
Minimum 12th Standard
A professional cook with a strong passion for the food industry
Minimum 1 year of experience in the food service sector
Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
Willing to settle in Saskatoon
