This is a great opportunity to be the initial customer support for the branch by greeting customers, answering calls, and performing clerical/support activities. You get to deliver quality work in one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations. Creating positive interactions for customers in a friendly/collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.
Responsibilities
-Answer calls, greet/direct customers professionally
-Provide outstanding customer service
-Perform general clerical duties
-Prepare cash/bank deposits
-Prepare standard documents
-Maintain office supplies, and coffee areas
-Process Sales documents including lien searches, buyouts, funding etc
-Participate in inventory tracking
-Assist other depts as required including catering, room booking/preparation, event planning
Requirements
-Exceptional customer service, confidentiality
-Strong communication skills
-Admin expertise, knowledge of office procedures
-Knowledge of cash handling/general accounting
-Self-starter, ability to organize/multitask
-Ability to work independently & in a team environment
-Excellent computer skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office
-High school/equivalent education, Business or Admin certificate an asset
