What youll do: Reporting to the Assistant Farm Hardware Manager, the successful candidate will:
To assist the Assistant Farm Hardware Manager with sales, margin and inventory of the hardware department as part of the Service Center Operations;
To ensure direct reporting Team Members adheres to merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and standards in staff appearance, housekeeping and asset protection;
To ensure acceptable level of customer service is provided and staff attitude is appropriate;
To be responsible for ordering procedures for both regular and promo orders;
To ensure adherence to the image checklist as per facilities and equipment;
To ensure the proper recruitment procedures are followed;
To be responsible for the adherence and enforcement of Meadow Lake Co-op policy and procedures
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
You have a grade 12 education.
You have minimum of 1-year experience.
Youre familiar with relevant retail industry will be considered an asset.
