What youll do: Working closely with the Asset Protection Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude;
Be familiar with and adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures;
Planning and coordinating day to day activities of the maintenance function;
Maintain and/or arrange for the maintenance from outside providers of the Meadow Lake Co-op;
Perform minor diversified duties which may include but are not limited to the following: install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facilities, equipment, and other assets according to safety and according to predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of Meadow Lake Co-ops mission, brand, and business goals and objectives.
Assist with image related tasks like painting, weeding, and mowing;
Ensure that equipment is in good working condition before use;
Adhere to the Health and Safety standard as set by the Meadow Lake Co-op;
Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards;
Other duties as assigned.
