The Rosetown Housing Authority has an opportunity for a part-time, (24 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Responsibilities:
-Respond to inquiries related to housing programs and services
-Enter applicant and tenant data, ensuring accurate and current information is maintained
-Maintain general office, tenant, and rental unit file systems
-Complete move-ins and move-outs with tenants as required
-Receive payments and issue receipts
Requirements:
-Familiar with Microsoft Office and knowledge of basic office and accounting procedures
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide professional service to clients/customers
Qualifications:
-Grade 12 or equivalent with some experience in business administration
-A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
