This is a challenging job that offers the opportunity to do a wide variety of tasks.
Must be able to multi-task and be able to work unsupervised.
Solid experience in Quickbooks Desktop including A/P, A/R and Payroll is preferred but will train the right person.
Familiarity in credit card and bank reconciliations is also preferred.
An ability/interest in IT would be an asset.
Position also includes the administration of IFTA, IRP and our COR Safety Program (under the direction of the Safety Manager), as well as overseeing the safeties/registration requirements of our fleet of equipment.
Accurate record keeping of all the above with attention to detail is imperative.
