Prosperity Credit Union is currently recruiting for a full-time Loan Support Supervisor. Reporting to the Manager Loan Support, the Loan Support Supervisor is a key leader within the department, driven by a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and support. This role plays a vital part in enhancing member experiences by overseeing day-to-day loan administration, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and team leadership, the Loan Support Supervisor contributes meaningfully to both member satisfaction and the Credit Unions success. Please note that this position is regionally based and will require travel.
